Frontend cleanup and component structure creation

Adding in some structure around the components in the frontend so we can move quicker with styling in the next few days. Laying down the bones @lynnagara 😎

new code structure lgtm but:

• this makes the build now fail
• like the button style but not a fan of the blue, can we keep it the whole thing black + white + grey
• it's kinda hard to figure out what actually changed and what just moved since so many lines have changed, can moving code around be in a separate PR to actual UI/functional changes?
• please fix the alignments from the original PR
