Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is not yet released (scheduled for April 2026). Upgrading to this base image version prematurely will cause the Docker build to fail because the image tag does not exist or is an unstable pre-release. It is recommended to stick to the current LTS version (24.04) until 26.04 is officially released.
