Unable to login or signup to the website

I have tried clicking on the sign in and sign up buttons on the resume review page but I am not able to sign up for the website. It says sign up through GitHub for free. But I am not able to figure it out.

If somebody knows how to signup for the platform please do let me know.

I don't even see the sign-in button. How to track solved problems when i'm working on another device?
