web ui multiple sessions show each others edited files

Description

When I run opencode web ui, start multiple session in the same project, two separate session shows each other files as edited.

I would expect every session to show files edited in current session.

1. open web ui
2. start multiple session for same project
3. write different prompts to both sessions
4. see sessions are show each others files
