wont launch after exited with ctrl+c

Summary

i was looking around at the menu for taste (ctrl + t ) and did ctrl + c to launch again but then it bugged out (see actual behaviour)

Expected Behavior

exit and simple restart

Steps to reproduce the issue

i cannot tell because the program wont launch again
i think i did:
ctrl + t to see taste menu
did some up and down
did ctrl + c
didnt work so i spammed ctrl + c
and then it happened

afterr creating the issue the program launches again
but im sure it did crash on startup a few times reight after the first crash
